Choose from queen, triple and family rooms, including a family room with a kitchenette. An accessible room is also available—our team can help you find the right option for your stay.

Daily room servicing is provided, with fresh towels and fresh milk. Each room includes a desk, a Smart TV with free Foxtel and cable channels, a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and a biscuit, with plates, cutlery and glasses provided.
Your ensuite includes toiletries and a hairdryer. An iron, ironing board, extra pillows and a blanket are also supplied. Additional fresh milk is available on request at no extra cost.

By making a booking or staying at MIA Motel, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations & Payment
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. MIA Motel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking where the provided credit card is invalid or declined.
Payment for accommodation is required at check-in unless otherwise arranged.
2. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to 2:00 pm on the scheduled day of arrival.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of 2:00 pm on the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s accommodation.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
Check-out time is strictly before 10:00 am.
4. Use of Premises
Rooms are provided strictly for short-term accommodation purposes only. Any commercial use of rooms or any use inconsistent with standard accommodation is strictly prohibited.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests must behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. Any behaviour causing disturbance, nuisance, or concern to management or other guests is not permitted.
6. Visitors & Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Unauthorised visitors are not allowed without prior approval from management.
7. Noise & Disturbance
Excessive noise, parties, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests must ensure noise is kept to a minimum, particularly during evening and overnight hours.
8. No Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted on the premises. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will apply if this policy is breached.
9. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will apply if this policy is breached.
10. Damage, Loss & Theft
Guests are responsible for any damage to property or loss of items belonging to MIA Motel.
MIA Motel reserves the right to charge up to $300.00 or more where necessary to cover replacement or repair costs.
11. Management Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation, cancel a booking, or require a guest to leave immediately, without refund, if these terms and conditions are breached or if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
12. Refusal of Future Bookings
Guests who breach these terms and conditions may be refused future accommodation.
13. CCTV & Security
For safety and security purposes, CCTV operates in common areas of the property. Management monitors the premises to ensure compliance with these conditions.
14. Personal Property
MIA Motel is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or left behind on the premises.
15. Compliance with Laws
All guests must comply with applicable local laws and regulations during their stay.
